The Ummah International membership system is more than an administrative structure; it operationalizes the academic and geopolitical framework developed by Prof. Abd Al‑Fattah El‑Awaisi in his magnum opus, The Strategy towards the Liberation of Masjid Al‑Aqsha (2025). You will receive this book (printed version) upon applying for membership.
Our level advancement criteria — from Muntazim to Amīn al‑Ummah — are designed to shape specific qualities required to master Maqdisī standards, the character worthy of liberating Baitul Maqdis and managing the post-liberation world.
1. Theory of Circles of Barakah: Geopolitical Significance
The Theory of Circles of Barakah is an innovative geopolitical framework formulated by Prof. Dr. Abd al-Fattah El-Awaisi.
First Circle: Al-Ardhul Muqaddasah
The Holy Land/Baitul Maqdis, a sacred geographical region with fixed boundaries.
Second Circle: Al-Ardhul Mubarakah
The Blessed Land, including Egypt, the Levant (Jordan, Lebanon, Syria), and Cyprus.
Third Circle: Arab-Islamic East Region
Including Hijaz (Makkah and Madinah), Iraq, Turkey, and most of Egypt.
Strategic Insight
Core geopolitical equation: Whoever controls Baitul Maqdis controls Egypt and the Levant; whoever controls Egypt and the Levant controls the Islamic East; and whoever controls the Islamic East holds global leadership.
2. Theory of Amaan: Foundation of Global Governance Ethics
The Assurance of Umar is a historic security charter (Amaan) granted by Caliph Umar bin Khattab to the people of Aelia (Baitul Maqdis) in 637 AD.
Tadafu' Methodology (Balance)
Rejects destructive conflict and encourages positive interaction to protect diversity.
Concept of Justice
Justice as an absolute right for every human being, Muslim and non-Muslim alike.
Principle of Non-Exclusion
Explicitly rejects marginalization or exclusion of any group from coexistence.
Constructive Dialogue
Resolving disputes through equal and respectful dialogue based on wisdom.
3. Methodology of Preparation (I’dad)
The strategic plan formulated by Prophet Muhammad SAW for the liberation of Baitul Maqdis is built on three main pillars.
a. I'dad Ma'rifi (Knowledge/Scientific Preparation)
Liberation of the mind must precede liberation of the homeland. Focuses on building solid epistemological and spiritual foundations.
b. I'dad Siyasi (Political Preparation)
Focuses on political maneuvers and strategic patience, including the first waqf in history and diplomatic correspondence.
c. I'dad 'Askari (Military Preparation)
Final stage translating knowledge into physical action, such as military expeditions and securing borders.
